Founder and Executive Search at Parity Consulting

Victoria Butt is a serial entrepreneur, passionate philanthropist and advocate for equity and inclusion in business. She is the founder of Parity Consulting, established in 2012, a boutique executive search and recruitment firm specialising in senior and leadership roles across Product, Digital, Marketing, Transformation and Data within the financial services and technology sectors.

Her work centres on identifying talent who enhance culture, performance and genuine business growth. As a former Board Member and Regional Advocate for Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) Sydney, she led the organisation’s first DEI initiative across the APAC region, setting a new benchmark for inclusive leadership.

All of Victoria’s ventures are self‑funded, reflecting her commitment to building sustainable, purpose‑driven businesses, and she is candid about the realities of entrepreneurship, crediting both her successes and the sunsetting of two ventures in 2023 and 2025 as formative experiences.

As a philanthropist, she is deeply involved with the National Centre for Childhood Grief and charities supporting women, and as an angel investor with BIPOC Angels, she backs female founders who are Black, Indigenous or People of Colour.

A mother of two and enthusiastic wine lover, Victoria’s work sits at the intersection of leadership, inclusion and future‑of‑work transformation, and through Parity Consulting and aligned ventures she continues to influence how organisations attract, develop and retain diverse talent in a changing world.
