Kerry Vogel is a senior financial services executive with extensive experience leading insurance operations, client service, and business transformation across Australia's superannuation industry. In her current leadership role, she is responsible for the end-to-end insurance function, including insurance administration, claims, trustee services, and the strategic direction of insurance transformation across the enterprise.
Leading teams across Sydney, Melbourne, and Hobart, Kerry is focused on delivering a client-first experience for members, advisers, and insurer partners. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving operational excellence, and using technology and process innovation to create better outcomes for customers while navigating an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Before taking on her current role at CBUS Super, Kerry led a team of senior product and insurance specialists responsible for the ANZ Smart Choice Super product suite. Across a career spanning multiple leadership positions in financial services, she has developed deep expertise in insurance strategy, product management, claims, and service delivery, with a reputation for leading large-scale change while keeping people at the centre of every decision.
